Using the latest software and hardware, our CADD department is able to quickly produce and output designs in digital formats that are compatible with virtually all standard design programs.
Our CADD and surveying departments offer a wide range of in-house services including aerial photography, horizontal and vertical ground control, GPS surveying, digital map development, database development and complete Geographic Information Systems.
Our firm's policy is to keep abreast of the latest technology as it applies to our industry, ensuring that all staff are fully trained and knowledgeable on the hardware and software that we use, in order to provide our clients with the proper technological tools for success.
Quality/Cost Control
Our professional staff fully recognizes the importance of providing quality, error-free design services in the performance of engineering, environmental services, and construction. We have developed in-house quality assurance procedures based on Total Quality Management (TQM) for all projects undertaken by our firms.
Our senior professional staff reviews, for quality and cost-effectiveness, all services and work products prepared by staff members. As a part of this review, we compare alternate methodologies with the selected methodology to assure our clients that the services provided are of true value and meet the initial service criteria.

Project Staffing
IECG LLC's strength lies in our ability to draw upon personnel resources from all of our divisions to work on projects, and in our staff's proven ability to work together as an effective team on cross-divisional efforts. With our project staffing approach, each project team is organized so that it functions effectively and responsively with the dynamics of each project, having the additional benefit of the ability to consult with in-house resources for expertise in applicable project areas.
Each assignment is under the personal direction of one individual: the project manager. This provides both our client and the project team with a single point of contact and authority. It is the project manager's responsibility, in addition to any other technical and administrative duties, to keep our client fully and properly informed regarding project progress and costs.
An essential ingredient in our management approach is executive attention. A firm's principal is assigned to each client, and as an experienced engineer and administrator, takes a direct and active interest in the development and progress of each project-either as an active member of the project team or as a consulting member.
We select individual project team members based on that member's ability to contribute the necessary skills and experience to perform his assumed project tasks. Our matrix-type of organization, while providing for a high level of technical quality, also permits us to responsively meet fluctuating project staffing requirements by increasing or decreasing professional and technical staff to support the key project team.
